How do I get a replacement part?

We offer spare parts for all models, which are stored for several years. This includes components such as fans, housing parts, motherboards, keyboards, and more.

During the warranty period, experienced customers have the option to receive "smaller" components like fans, batteries, SSDs, or Wi-Fi modules via pre-exchange upon request. This allows customers to continue using their device in case of a defect while the issue is resolved under warranty.

However, covering the wide range of individual small parts in the online shop would involve significant effort, which is why they are not directly orderable—except for batteries and power supplies. If you are interested, please contact us with your order and/or serial number, and we will inform you about availability and prices.

Within the warranty period, additional costs are waived unless there is self-inflicted damage (e.g., drop damage). Outside of the warranty periods, individual costs apply, which are generally very affordable, and smaller repairs are usually economically viable.
