How do I get a replacement part?

Basically we offer spare parts for all models and store them for several years.
This also includes components such as fans, housing parts, mainboards, keyboards, etc.

 

Within the warranty period, we offer experienced customers the option of receiving "smaller" components such as fans, batteries. SSDs or wireless modules sent in advance, if preferred. This has the advantage that in case of a defect, the customer doesn't have to send in his device to our workshop, yet the defect can be repaired within the warranty!

However, listing a huge number of individual small parts in the online store would be a "Sisyphean task", thus these parts cannot be ordered directly from our online store, batteries and power supplies being an exception.

 

If you are interested, please contact us with your order and/or serial number, and we will inform you about availability and prices.Within the warranty period, no additional costs are applied, as long as the defect hasn't been caused by self-inflicted damage (e.g. liquid damage). Outside the warranty periods, individual costs for parts are being calculated, but these are usually inexpensive, thus staying economical.
