Does another operating system run on my TUXEDO device?

Basically every Linux system can be run on a TUXEDO, just like other devices. Concessions may have to be made for Linux distributions which TUXEDO does not offer itself, but which the customer installs independently. For example, some special keys may not work from the beginning or may not work properly.

Devices, which are installed in the shop with the deposited Linux distributions (TUXEDO OS, Ubuntu LTS and openSUSE), have the advantage that they are optimally tailored to the devices and that almost the entire potential of the PCs and laptops can be used. Our supporters and developers can also provide appropriate assistance and bug fixes for these Linux systems if necessary. Systems that the customer has installed himself are not supported by us, or only pure hardware support is provided, as we want to ensure consistent quality and have therefore committed ourselves to a targeted selection of operating systems that we constantly update.
