Your role at TUXEDO

As a new member of the back office, you will strengthen our team in Augsburg with your organizational skills and be the central point of contact for coordinative matters.

At the same time, you are the communication interface between our technical support and our customers. In doing so, you are confident in dealing with figures and documents and keep the technical customer support staff's backs free with smaller support tasks.

 

Core Responsibilities

Your field of activity covers various exciting areas. The central responsibilities are:

• Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems

• Order management and coordination

• Returns management

• Assistance of the support in the background

• Processing of various customer inquiries

 

Core Qualifications

It would be an advantage if you can prove that you have a secondary school certificate or higher and have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the field of office administration, accounting or comparable professional fields. If you already have several years of practical experience, for example in the IT industry, that would also be great - but it is not a must. We would like to offer the opportunity to young professionals, experienced professionals as well as people returning to work, and therefore offer the position both full-time and part-time.

• Flawless spoken and written German

• Good comprehension and the willingness to familiarise oneself with new topics and technologies

• Independent, structured, goal-oriented and conscientious working style

• Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
