Customer information about COVID-19

    We are still here for you!

    Due to the current development in Bavaria (Germany) in connection with the Covid-19 virus, most of our employees will be at home for working since 23rd of March 2020. This is part of our general prevention and social responsibility, as well as for the protection of our employees. The tools we use have been tried and tested for years because they are in daily use. Therefore, nothing stands in the way of a smooth transition. We are lucky to work in an industry where it is not absolutely necessary to work together in one place. In this way we are doing our part to help contain the Covid-19 virus.

    What changes for the customers? Nothing!

    The team of TUXEDO Computers is still available for customers via e-mail and telephone. As usual, our support team is available between 9 and 17 o'clock to answer your questions and help you further. You can place orders via the online shop and get advice from our support staff as well as send in devices for repair. In individual cases, the product may arrive later than currently planned. We apologize for this in advance and keep customers informed! You can also contact us by e-mail as usual via tux@tuxedocomputers.com.
    The only exception is pick-up and cash payment on site at our offices, which is unfortunately not possible expected till the end of 2020, because we want to ensure fluently repairs and shipping all the time!
