TUXEDO Stellaris 16
Gen7: Gaming Power & Quiet Workstation in One

The Stellaris 16 - Gen7 combines the fastest processors and graphics cards on the market with quiet and powerful cooling in a compact, highly robust all-aluminum chassis for a galactic balance of performance, noise comfort and mobility.

Combined with up to 128 GB of RAM and ultra-fast PCIe 5.0 SSD mass storage, the Linux gaming workstation offers performance from another star, while the maximum approved 99 Wh battery allows over 8 hours of outdoor use and the first-ever HDR mini LED display in a TUXEDO raises image quality to fully new heights.

Galactically Robust Full-Metal Chassis

As mobile desktop replacement, the Stellaris 16 strikes the perfect balance between decently portable dimensions (357 x 260 x 28 mm | 2.6 to 2.85 kg) and enough space for quieter and more powerful cooling.

In addition to cooler temperatures or quieter noise emissions, the all-metal housing benefits from a highly sturdy design and outstandingly stiff hinges while still retaining »one-hand opening«)

For best ergonomics, the Stellaris integrates a full-size keyboard with concave keycaps, an all-four-column num pad and large, offset positioned arrow keys, while power and monitor ports at the back ensure a clean cable management.

Great Cooling for Peak Performance or Quieter Fans

Great performance without the need for headphones: Thanks to its slightly larger case dimensions, the Stellaris 16 integrates very good cooling for either quieter fan noise in games and computing-intensive work processes at very high speeds or for best-possible laptop performance at gaming desktop level.

The new triple-fan cooling system uses the entire width of the housing for larger 80x12 mm fans, optimizes the airflow and reduces the noise level by eliminating the thermally rather inefficient side air outlets. Instead, the entire airflow is concentrated on the rear outlet.

With granular power and fan settings in the TUXEDO Control Center, the Stellaris 16 can be tweaked into a quiet yet fast work/gaming station or into an absolute high-end computing machine with galactic performance.

For even greater cooling in stationary use, the new generation of our liquid cooling dockingstation »TUXEDO Aquaris« will be available for pre-order soon.

TUXEDO Aquaris pumps distilled water through a dedicated cooling pipe in the notebook via hoses attached to the back of the notebook and thus supports the internal air cooling for quieter operation, lower temperatures or maximum CPU performance!

Efficient and Galactically Fast Graphics

Graphics performance of a fast desktop PC in a notebook? Providing great power efficiency and outstanding speed, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 accelerate games, renderings and simulations in a way that was reserved for power-hungry high-end desktop PCs just a few years ago.

In the Stellaris 16, the RTX 5070 Ti (12 GB GDDR7 VRAM) can be configured with between 60 and 140 watts, the RTX 5080 (16 GB GDDR7) with 80 to 175 watts and the RTX 5090 (24 GB GDDR7) with 95 to 175 watts in order to find the personal sweet spot of performance and fan noise.

Thanks to the combination of high-quality cooling and the RTX graphics cards' great power efficiency, the Stellaris 16- Gen7 provides almost 90% of the full graphics performance with only 50% fan noise in GPU-only loads.

Highly Efficient Processing Power at High-End Desktop Level

Thanks to its 24 cores (8 performance cores and 16 efficiency cores) and clock speeds of up to 5.4 GHz, the desktop-based Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX delivers enormous computing speed for heaviest multitasking, highly demanding video editing, huge code compiling and high-end-gaming.

Where the new CPU really shines, though, is its greatly improved energy efficiency, which not only delivers the same performance with roughly half the power consumption compared to its predecessor (Core i9–1490HX), but also extends battery life noticably!

As with the graphics cards, the CPU performance parameters (Power Limits (»PL«) in watts) can be adjusted to personal preferences via the TUXEDO Control Center to find the best balance of power consumption, heat and fan noise.

Mini LED Premium Display for Exceptional Image Quality

Besides featuring a very bright 500 nits screen (2560x1600) with vibrant colors (100% sRGB) and extremely fast refresh rates (300 Hz), the Stellaris 16 now offers an upgrade to an even superior 1000 nits HDR mini LED display.

The new premium monitor relies on much smaller and brighter light-emitting diodes, of which many more can be installed to illuminate the screen more selectively via 1000 dimming zones and massively increase contrast with perfect blacks using optional »Local Dimming«.

With a peak brightness of 750 nits (SDR) or 1000 nits (HDR) and a matte coating, the mini LED display is particularly suitable for outdoor use and light-flooded interiors, while 100% DCI-P3 color space coverage, 2560x1600 pixels and 300 Hz offer excellent conditions for work and play at the highest level.

99 Wh Battery, 128 GB RAM and Ultra High-Speed PCIe-5.0 SSD

Desktop replacement with mobility skills: Despite being primarily meant as portable desktop replacement, the Stellaris 16 cuts a great figure when it comes to mobility thanks to its maximum-sized 99 Wh battery for over 8 hours of web surfing and USB-C charging with up to 140 watts.

The gaming workstation features high-end storage options in the form of the latest PCIe 5.0 SSD technology (1x M.2 SSD PCIe 5.0, 1x M.2 SSD PCIe 4.0) and up to 96 GB DDR5–6400 or 128 GB DDR5–5600 RAM for the most demanding projects.

After removing the bottom case, both M.2 SSDs for up to 8 terabytes of storage are equally accessible for replacement and repairs as two upgradeable RAM slots, the Wi-Fi module and the internally screwed battery.

Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, HDMI 2.1 and Mini DisplayPort

The Stellaris 16 fits uncluttered into the working environment with rear connections for monitors, docking station, power supply and the optional external »TUXEDO Aquaris« water cooling system and connects up to 4 high-res monitors via HDMI 2.1, 2x USB-C and Mini DisplayPort.

While 3x USB-A ensures compatibility with traditional peripherals, Thunderbolt 4 allows hooking up the Linux gaming workstation to a docking station and/or charging the notebook via USB-C with up to 140 watts to save some weight for daily transportation using a lightweight travel power supply unit.

Available for Pre-order from Friday. Shipping Starts End of June.
