Your role at TUXEDO

As Community Support Employee, you will strengthen our team at our site in Augsburg with your knowledge of Linux systems from a user's perspective. You will support our customers in entering and switching to the Linux world on modern hardware from our company. We encourage you to be courageous. Because in a corporate culture based on cooperation and knowledge sharing, you will be responsible for contributing your knowledge to the satisfaction of our customers. You will apply your passion for Linux and open source as well as your solution- and user-oriented thinking directly where it is needed. Your experience in setting up and configuring Linux will directly help our customers and lead to success.

You are the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions or need help. Whether on the phone, by email or in chat - you are always friendly and helpful. You also have both an ear and the right words to hand for inquiries via our social media channels and community platforms.

They support our customers and interested parties in finding exactly what they need and ensure that they are completely satisfied with TUXEDO.

Listen and find a solution
If something doesn't go according to plan, you take the time to really listen to our customers, understand their concerns and find a suitable solution. You prepare technical questions in such a way that they can be dealt with quickly and satisfactorily by our technicians.

You enjoy working with your team and other departments to review and improve our work processes so that we can offer our customers an even better service. Ideas, suggestions and an open ear for customer wishes are an important part of this.

Specialized training, certificates or degrees are an advantage for the daily tasks, but are not exclusion criteria. Training or previous experience

Communication & language skills
You know exactly how to choose your words and can express yourself clearly and comprehensibly - both orally and in writing. Your German is not just good, but excellent - both in conversations and in e-mails and letters. You are at least at language proficiency level B2. You have no problem writing technically demanding content in a compact and understandable way, even for non-experts.

Initiative & motivation to learn
Problems are no obstacle for you. You find a solution for everything and are happy to lend a hand. You are always willing to learn new things and not only understand our processes, but also actively improve them.

Affinity for technology
