Stable connection of 4K monitors via HDMI

The Pulse 14 & 15 has problems with the stable connection of 4K monitors via HDMI. This manifests itself in a flickering picture. The behavior was only observed in mains operation because the device needs more power here.

  • Supports ARC (Audio Return Channel)

In addition, we have developed the so-called "Chroma subsampling" and made it controllable via the TUXEDO Control Center. It can be found under Settings Chroma subsampling. Some 4k displays have more than one "60Hz" mode, of which usually not all support "Chroma subsampling". If "Chroma subsampling" does not work with the default 60Hz mode, please select 59Hz mode via the display settings. Here you can find some more information about that: TUXEDO Control Center 1.1.0
