Augsburg (Germany), 20th of July 2020. Our brand new TUXEDO Pulse 15 redefines the class of super thin and lightweight laptops and raises the bar to a completely new performance level: Instead of using a common power-saving ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) - processor, the 16.8 mm thin chassis made of magnesium alloy houses a high performance AMD Ryzen 7 4800H octa core cpu with a thermal design power of up to 54 W. In order to give users besides this great performance also excellent battery runtimes while unplugged from the power socket, a huge 91 Wh Lithium-Polymer battery provides the AMD-only ultrabook with energy for more than 20 hours.

Thin and light like an ultrabook...

With a weight of only 1.5 kg and ultra compact dimensions of 356.4 x 233.73 x 16.8 mm, the TUXEDO Pulse 15 is the ideal mobile computer for users who are on the go a lot and frequently transport this thin power machine.

The excellent mobility is not least due to the huge battery, which provides the TUXEDO Pulse 15 with a capacity of 91 Wh energy for over 20 hours (idle mode at minimum display brightness). In practical use with ~150 cd/m2 brightness and 1080p video streaming, users can expect more than 10 hours of runtime.

... powerful like a workstation

The heart of the TUXEDO Pulse 15 consists of AMD's brand new high-end mobile processors Ryzen 7 4800H or Ryzen 5 4600H.

The 7 nm APU of the "Renoir" generation offers 8 cores, which can process up to 16 threads simultaneously and performs with a maximum clock rate of up to 4.2 GHz (single core). The thermal design power (TDP) of the eight-core CPU is listed at 45 W, whereby higher TDPs of up to 54 W can be achieved for short periods of time.

The AMD Ryzen APU is also responsible for graphics processing and image output: The integrated Radeon RX Vega 7 provides 7 GPU cores, which perform with up to 1600 MHz and in combination with up to 64 GB DDR4 3200 MHz Dual Channel RAM the Pulse 15 even provides a decent amount of graphics performance.

100 % sRGB thin bezel display

The image output of the AMD Radeon Graphics gets displayed on a 15.6 inch FullHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 60 Hz panel, which particularly benefits content creators due to the high color gamut of 100% sRGB coverage and with its IPS-typical wide viewing angles.

The white backlit membrane keyboard convinces with a pleasant typing feel thanks to relatively large keys as well as a well defined feedback. The same applies for the large (114.5 x 70 mm) precision touchpad with integrated mouse buttons, which enables a precise navigation of the AMD power ultrabook.

Dual channel RAM and card reader

Via 2x DDR4 RAM slots, the TUXEDO Pulse 15 can be equipped with up to 64 GB RAM with up to 3200 MHz in high-performance dual channel mode.

The ultra mobile CPU-workstation offers 1x M.2 2280 slot with NVMe PCIEx4 and SATAIII connection for up to 2 TB of storage. Externally, the Pulse 15 integrates 3x USB 3.1 (Gen1) (2x type A, 1x type C) as well as 1x USB 2.0, HDMI, LAN RJ45, Audio out & Mic in as well as a Kensington Lock. The Micro SD card reader completes the connection equipment.
