TUXEDO Computers at the CFCamp for the first time

Answer questions from developers, exhibit devices and show distributed search engines

TUXEDO Computers @ CFCamp

Königsbrunn (Germany), 9th of October 2019. For the first time TUXEDO Computers is part of this year's CFCamp: Blogger Kai König, who had already bought a device from TUXEDO Computers last year, had asked the organizers to have the hardware manufacturer from Konigsbrunn, Germany as an exhibitor.

"After some conversations, the organizers and we agreed that we would come to the CFCamp. There are many developers who are now considering switching to Linux, but are not sure how to do so. We show them a way and that a switch can be easier than expected. After all, it is also possible to carry out development work with the open source operating system," explains Herbert Feiler, CEO of TUXEDO Computers.

Two days TUXEDO Computers staff will be at the booth to answer questions about the devices. They will also show a current selection of laptops. In addition, Alexander Reelsen from elastic is expected to show a distributed search engine on three TUXEDO Nanos, which can heal itself and adapt to failures.

About CFCamp

The CFCamp was founded with the aim of providing general training for CFML programmers at beginner and advanced levels. The conference started in 2008 with 100 participants and 9 sessions. The CFCamp has established itself over the years as a well known conference in the CFML community and is, according to the organizer, the only CFML conference in Europe.
