X wie [X]treme und eXtrem ist die Leistung der Geräte der X-Serie tatsächlich!
Geräte der Xtreme-Serie richten sich an Kunden die einfach das stärkste und beste was der Hardwaremarkt zu bieten hat, haben wollen! Die stärkste Grafik gepaart mit dem meisten Arbeitsspeicher, mehreren Festplatten und natürlich den schnellsten Prozessoren!

Das von Grund auf neu konzipierte TUXEDO Book XC1507 wurde an die Wünsche unserer Kunden angepasst und mit einem Gehäuse aus Metall versehen. Das neu entwickelte Wärmeableitsystem verfügt über zwei Lüfter für die Grafikkarte und einen separaten Lüfter für den Prozessor, wodurch für ausreichende Kühlung selbst bei Volllast gesorgt ist.
Außerdem haben wir größten Wert auf Verarbeitung und Stabilität gelegt. Dennoch überzeugt das Gerät mit seiner schlanken Bauweise von nur 2,5cm (mit GTX 1070 Grafikkarte 2,9cm) und dem niedrigen Gewicht von lediglich 2,5kg auf ganzer Linie.

Das TUXEDO Book XC1507 kann mit einer NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 oder GTX 1060 ausgerüstet werden! Damit sind selbst die anspruchsvollsten Spiele überhaupt kein Problem und erstrahlen in voller Pracht auf dem 15,6" IPS-Display!
Außerdem kann es mit bis zu 64 GB DDR4 Arbeitsspeicher bestückt werden und verfügt natürlich über Intels schnellsten Intel Core i7 Quad-Core Prozessore!
Aufwändige Anwendungen und Spiele brauchen viel Platz, deshalb hat das Gerät neben zwei SATA3 Slots für zwei HDD oder SSD Festplatten auch zwei M.2-Ports für zwei zusätzliche M.2-SSDs oder eine M.2-SSD sowie ein UMTS/LTE-Modul!

Damit Sie immer den nötigen Anschluss finden, stehen Ihnen USB3.1 Typ-C Gen2, USB3.0, HDMI, zwei Mini-DisplayPort, Gigabit-LAN, WLAN, Bluetooth 4.0 und ein Multi-Kartenleser zur Verfügung.
Für ansprechenden Klang ist dank des Soundsystems Onkyo 2.0 und SOUND BLASTER® X-FI® MB5 auch gesorgt. Dank eines Fingerprint-Scanner müssen Sie außerdem Ihr Passwort nicht immer eintippen sondern können mit einem einfachen Fingerstreich Autorisierungen vornehmen.
Die beleuchtete Tastatur sorgt außerdem für noch mehr komfort beim Tippen. Die weiße Beleuchtung kann in sechs Stufen geregelt werden. Beleuchtet ist der gesamte Tastaturhintergrund, außerdem leuchten die einzelnen Buchstaben der Tasten heraus. Ein klarer Druckpunkt unterscheidet diese Tastatur erheblich von Modellen mit schwammigen Tasten und sorgt selbst bei Vielschreibern für ein positives Tippgefühl.

Von Haus aus sind bereits 8 GB Arbeitsspeicher vom Typ DDR4 eingebaut, eine Aufrüstung auf bis zu 64 GB im Dual-Channel-Modus ist dank der vier RAM-Slots aber kein Problem!
Eine Festplatte mit 500 GB kommt in der Grundausstattung daher und kann auf bis zu zwei HDDs oder SSDs aufgerüstet werden. Wem das noch immer nicht genügt kann sich für bis zu zwei weitere M.2-SSD Festplatten entscheiden!
Wem die Grafikleistung der NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 nicht genügt kann noch zur GTX 1070 aufrüsten!

 

 

As accessories you can select an additional external display for enjoying dual display operating together with the laptop.

 

Furthermore we deliver a wired or wireless keyboard including a mouse or an additional wired mouse. These input devices are produced by Logitech and are only available with German layout!

What are we customizing at the time of installation
We don't just simply install Linux but also customize a lot so that you get a perfectly running and working system! This is what we do:
Driver installation, configuration of special keys, TUXEDO drivers, TRIM commands for SSDs, disabling shopping suggestions at Ubuntu search, various additional packages and tools for configuration and to enhance user friendliness, at devices with NVIDIA graphics the respective drivers including Prime for switching and much more!

TUXEDO driver / TUXEDO WMI
Laptop have some special keys which won't work out of the box with Linux. For example the so called "Flight mode key" for (de)activating WIFI & Bluetooth etc.
To get them running we developed our own drivers and preinstall them (if you select Linux als desired operating system). For everyone curious and manual installers this driver is available at our support database:

For Windows there is a driver DVD included.

Customisations during manual installations / TUXEDO script / TUXEDO driver
If you prefer to install you Linux operating system by yourself or if you have to reinstall it, we provide you with everything necessary at our support database to get it running like we do!
The easiest way is to go with our customisation script "tuxedo.sh". On Ubuntu and Ubuntu-base systems this script automatically runs all customisations the way we do that during preinstallation: installing drivers, configuration for special keys, TUXEDO drivers, TRIM commands for SSDs, deactivating shopping recommendations in Ubuntu search, various additional packages and toos for configuration an to enhance user friendliness, respective driveres on devices with NVIDIA graphics incl. Current Laptop-U-CPUs do support only 2400MHz RAM officially. So even 2666MHz RAM is shown with 2400MHz inside the system. But in fact, the high-performance-RAM with 2666MHz squeezes around 5% more performance out of your laptop!

Temperature controlled silent fan
At low system workload/stress there is less heat emerging. The cooling system fans have to spin accordingly fast or slow or even turn themselves off completely. But the device doesn't produce any disturbing noises even at full load, no high frequency sounds or clatter, just air swooshing.

With the TUXEDO Control Center you are able to control the behavior of the fans at yourself. This means that you get the ability to make your device as silent as possible. You are able to set the device almost passive cooled, without any fan noise most of the time!
