The new TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro 16, with its 17 mm thin and 1.5 kg light magnesium chassis in either Ice Grey or Deep Grey, is targeted at content creators, software developers or business users who value an extremely slim design, a high portability factor despite a large, high-quality 16-inch screen in highly requested 16:10 aspect ratio and high processing (and optional graphics) performance.
While the large 80 Wh battery provides runtimes of up to 10 hours, the high-end Intel Core i7-12700H processor offers a full 14 cores for great performance for heavy workloads. For graphics-intensive applications, the InfinityBook Pro 16 - Workstation Edition can optionally be equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti.

Well balanced workstation or max graphics performance in an ultra slim chassis? The InfinityBook Pro 16 - Gen7 is available in two visually identical-looking versions:
With the Intel Iris Xe graphics integrated into the processor, the Workstation Edition focuses on a great balance of high CPU performance, quiet dual-fan cooling and low surface temperatures. The optional NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (up to 65 watts) offers a greatly increased, solid graphics performance with of course also significantly increased fan noise levels.
The Max Performance Edition is designed for uncompromising performance in an ultra-slim chassis and offers newer DDR5-4800 MHz RAM and a display refresh rate of 240 Hz as well as top-tier GPUs in the form of the GeForce RTX 3060 and RTX 3070 Ti (up to 95 watts each).

Ultra slim workstation in
lightweight magnesium chassis
Infinitely thin: With an overall height of only 17 mm and an - especially for this notebook size - exceptionally low weight of 1.5 kg the InfinityBook Pro 16 - Max Performance Edition puts its main focus on an extremely slim and stylish build, which is achieved by its magnesium alloy according to the AZ91D standard for improved material stability and a metallic feel.
The white backlit low-profile keyboard allows working in dim environments and features a number pad for quick numeric entry. Impossible to miss is the huge 15.5 x 10.0 cm clickpad, which can optionally be deactivated via a double finger tap in the upper left corner to prevent errors while typing. If preferred, also only the right half can be disabled via double tap in the upper right corner.
Inside the case, in addition to the 80 Wh lithium polymer battery, there are two upgradeable slots for up to 64 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM and two M.2 SSD slots (PCI-Express 4.0 x4) for up to 4 terabytes of storage, as well as two slim low profile fans and copper heat pipes responsible for dissipating heat from the components.
14 CPU cores for groundbreaking performance
With Intel's 12th generation of their Core processor line-up (codename: Alder Lake), the chip giant is back at the top of performance. Responsible for this performance increase is the innovative hybrid architecture, which is completely new in the PC segment. The total of 14 processing units are divided into particularly energy-saving efficiency cores (8) and performance-optimized performance cores (6).
At low load, the CPU saves energy by using the efficiency cores, while the faster performance cores are additionally switched on when the system is under full load. Thanks to hyperthreading technology, they can handle up to 12 processes and even 20 processes simultaneously together with the E cores.
This not only results in a very high multi-core performance for content creators and developers equally, but also makes the InfinityBook Pro 16 - Gen7 stand out as maximum mobile CPU workstation.
Big display, small pixels!
The 34.5 x 21.5 cm 16-inch display offers the ideal compromise between a large screen for working comfortably without the need for an external monitor, and a still compact chassis dimensions at 354 x 245 x 17 mm, which correspond to the size of typical, former 15.6-inch notebooks.
In addition to the larger screen compared to usual 15.6 inch displays, the frequently requested 16:10 aspect ratio offers more vertical screen space.
The high display resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels (16:10) offers a very finely resolved image for pleasantly legible text, while photos, videos or games benefit from the vivid (100 % sRGB) and bright (350 nits) panel which in combination with its matte panel coating ensures outdoor usability in shadowy areas.
Graphics upgrade for
games and content creation
In the base configuration of the Workstation Edition, the InfinityBook Pro 16 features the Intel Xe Graphics integrated in the CPU, which is suitable for all everyday graphically less demanding tasks and ensures pleasantly low fan noise levels and surface temperature even under high load.
For graphically demanding applications, such as video rendering, 3D animation or PC gaming, optional NVIDIA graphics cards provide a huge step up in terms of performance:
For the mid-range category, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, which is equipped with 4 GB GDDR6 video memory and a Total Graphics Power (TGP) of max. 65 watts, represents a performant and low-price entry for both productive use and PC gaming.
The Max Performance Edition features GPUs from NVIDIA's top-tier category. The GeForce RTX 3060, which comes with 6 GB GDDR6 VRAM and at a higher power limit of up to 95 watts, achieves an around 40 % higher performance compared to the RTX 3050 Ti. The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti operates within the same power envelope, but is equipped with 8 GDDR6 VRAM and renders even over 60 % faster than the smallest RTX model.
Thunderbolt 4 with Power Delivery
For the literal lightning-fast data exchange, the TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro 14 comes with Thunderbolt 4 for data speeds of max. 40 Gbit/s. This USB-C port furthermore supports Power Delivery DC-In* for charging the notebook via a practical USB-C travel power adapter and allows connecting up to two 4K monitors.
Speaking of monitor ports: There is also a HDMI 2.0 (4K @ 60 Hz) interface on the right side of the chassis and a second USB-C connector with DisplayPort 1.4 functionality on the left.
The connectivity is completed by two USB-A ports, the full size SD card reader, the combined headphone jack and microphone input and the Kensington Lock.
